126 - Ford EEC-IV Breakout Box
Thexton’s Ford EEC-IV Breakout Box allows testing of all engine input signals and all computer generated output signals on 1983 and up Ford EEC-IV Computers. Helps pinpoint cause of problems - computer, sensor, solenoid, switch, actuator or wiring harness. Circuit adapter connects between Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) and wire harness. Matrix board then provides 60 terminals for system tests. Proper signal range is determined with high impedance digital volt/ohmmeter (not included). Features: OEM Ford circuit adapter for solid secure connection between ECA and wire harness. Wire assembly is five feet long, sheathed in braided nylon. Allows easy access to ECA. Matrix Board has 60 insulated test terminals. Rocker switch allows change from computer-base timing to distributor base timing. LED indicates ignition power-on. 131X - Ford Idle Speed Control Tester
Tests Ford fuel injected and carbureted vehicles which use computer controlled idle speed. Used on both idle speed control motors and by-pass air solenoids.
